Update: I placed 12th in the 76th Annual Writer's Digest Writing Competition in the Non-Rhyming Poem Category! This is a huge poetic win for me!! As an award winning poet/photographer and honors faculty member I enjoy teaching and creating wonderful stories, poems, articles,and photographs. I love winning awards and helping others achieve their writing goals and publishing opportunities. I enjoy publishing my poetry chapbooks, and will write some more how-to chapbooks in the next month or two. I like to guide my students, and give them ample opportunity to create and revise.
I hope you can stop by tomorrow at the Plymouth Library in Plymouth, Mi to purchase a book or two from me. I do give discounts at the author fair to those who stop by and request an autographed copy! I will be greeting audience members and visitors from 1:00pm-3:00pm. I look forward to seeing you then.

Not too long after my posting in January, we were slammed into by a truck in a parking lot. Our tiny car is still driveable and all of that, but, I got quite the impact from this careless person pummeling his huge crew cab truck into our old two door honda. I haven't been on here much, and have been busy with doctor appointments, work, etc. I hope to be posting more here for all of you soon.
